Our Story
We were born in July 2008 with the idea of contributing to organizational and personal development through the transformation of individuals. Conscious, empowered leaders, and above all, connected with their most powerful resources that make a difference in their personal and professional environments.

About our Founder
Cecilia de González
Our founder has over 30 years of experience as an executive in Human Resources and Organizational Development field. She holds a degree in Psychology from the José Simeón Cañas University in San Salvador and a MBA at the INCAE Business School in Nicaragua.
She is proudly the first Meta-Coach in Central America certified in the Meta-Coaching System by the Meta-Coach Foundation (MCF) and Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Neuro-Semantics certified by the International Society of Neuro-Semantics (ISNS).
She has worked for more than 15 years as an Executive Coach for entrepreneurs and corporate executives at a regional level, helping them clarify and make key business decisions, empowering them to face the significant challenges they encounter in their day-to-day operations to achieve their goals. She works with CEOs, General Managers, Executive Directors, and managers.
