DUALELS
The DUALELS project seeks to transform technical education in El Salvador by implementing a dual education model that integrates academic training with practical experience in the workforce. Through strategic partnerships with companies and educational centers, the initiative facilitates the integration of young people into the labor market, strengthening both technical and soft skills.
This contextualized, demand-oriented approach contributes to reducing unemployment and promoting sustainable economic development. Furthermore, the project promotes educational innovation and fosters public-private partnerships to improve the quality of vocational training in the country.

It also promotes interorganizational collaboration and leadership, elevating the quality of the services offered. This approach seeks to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of civil society organizations, generating a lasting social impact.
Youth employability
Our organization empowers vulnerable youth and returning migrants in El Salvador through comprehensive training programs in employability, leadership, and life skills. We offer a comprehensive program with training processes and support for job placement, aligning market needs with the capabilities of participants.
We work closely with the private sector, educational institutions, and community organizations to close the gap between job demands and emerging talent.
